Andres is a real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in international real estate investments. His network expands to multiple US, Latin American, and European markets.

Andres’ areas of expertise include real estate development, capital markets, real estate investments, and asset/portfolio management. Some of Andres’ relevant experience includes heading the real estate investment portfolio of Pacifico Seguros in Lima, Peru, and managing a real estate development company in Houston, TX through the 2008 downturn. Prior to starting Blue Pacific Ventures, he led CrowdStreet’s Asset Management division where he led a team that managed the life-cycle performance of 420+ deals in 40+ US states, a portfolio of $3 billion in AUM.

Andres holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the University Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru, and 2 Masters Degrees: an MBA from the Hochschule Esslingen in Germany, and a Masters in Real Estate with a Concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.
